Returns and Refunds
Custom made orders are non-returnable/non-refundable. If there is an issue with your new piece of jewelry, please contact me immediately so I can work with you to resolve any issue. I want you to love your new jewelry and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 10 days of receiving it (excludes custom made orders). Item must be in its original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded. Please notify me by phone or email before the return 814-221-2408. You are responsible for returning the item pre-paid and insured. I reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or worn.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I do not guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
